Join Dr. Nekita Sullivan (Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Certified Health Education Specialist) for a special outdoor yoga and pilates class designed for children with disabilities. This therapeutic class helps improve core strength, flexibility, and focus—while also providing a calming space to reduce anxiety.

✨ Perfect for kids ages 4+ (must be able to sit on a yoga mat). Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please bring your own mat.

And the fun doesn’t stop there—this class takes place the same day as Trick-or-Treat on Main Street in Downtown Greenville! 🎃 From 10 AM – 3 PM, bring your little ghouls and goblins to explore Main Street, collecting treats and surprises from participating businesses marked with green pumpkins (while supplies last).
