Pure Barre Classic is a 50 minute, full body low-impact high intensity workout. Our technique improves strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Instructors will guide you through our classes inspired by yoga, pilates, and ballet. We focus on small/isometric movements using barre style techniques that strengthen, tone, and lengthen every major muscle group. Each class is a musically-driven workout that’s great for every fitness level.
Please be sure to arrive early to fill out a waiver, and be sure to bring a mat and a water bottle.
